St. Louis at Washington

It took a while for the St. Louis offense to kick in this season, but the Cardinals have scored 24 runs in four games following their 7-6 win over the Nationals on Tuesday. Thomas Saggese hit a go-ahead double in the 10th inning after the Cards had rallied from a 5-2 deficit. They have won seven of the past nine meetings against Washington and six of seven meetings on the road. The Nationals have lost six of their past seven games while allowing an average of 7.57 runs in that span. Their bullpen is the worst in the National League, with a 6.39 ERA, a 1.74 WHIP, and only one save. Miles Mikolas has been absolutely horrible in two starts, surrendering 17 runs (15 earned) on 11 hits in 9 1/3 innings. Take the Cardinals.
