St. Louis at Milwaukee

St. Louis is making a run for the postseason winning eight in a row after sweeping the fading Padres while Milwaukee has all but wrapped up the NL Central although the Brewers lost 6-4 to the Cubs on Sunday for their third loss in five games. Jake Woodford has given the Cardinals four to five good innings his last three starts, including 5 1/3 scoreless innings on two hits against Milwaukee on Sept. 4. Freddy Peralta has had some problems with St. Louis hitters this year allowing seven runs on nine hits in 11 innings. The Cardinals have won seven straight versus right-handed starters and they are 14-5 their past 19 road games overall. St. Louis is getting great line value in this matchup and take the Cardinals.
