Houston isn't a base-stealing threat anymore with Pena, who had 20 steals last season, and 35-year-old Jose Altuve not running like he used to. The Astros rank 25th in stolen bases. St Louis has scored three or fewer runs in four of its last six games. The Cardinals rank 20th in batting average. They will face Peter Lambert, who is hoping for better in his Astros debut after four bad years pitching at Coors Field for the Rockies. Kyle Leahy is on the hill for the Cardinals.
