The Cincinnati Reds have not gotten the same pitching early in the season as they did a year ago. The bats have dominated compensating for now, especially at home. The reds through their first 19 home games have crossed the plate 109 times already, good for 5.74 runs per game. It has delivered the OVER to a 12-6-1 mark to start the season in their home games. Kyle Lohse has looked good so far this season, but his recent track record vs. winning teams is a not so impressive 2-9 when he starts on the road in his last 11. The Reds have been a good bounce back team having gone 7-1 after a loss. The Cards have played up vs. righthand pitching on the road resulting in a 20-5-1 mark to the OVER in their last 26. These teams have produced a 13-6 mark to the OVER in their last 19 meetings in Cincinnati. I like Cincinnati and the OVER in this one.
