Seattle at Toronto

The Toronto Blue Jays are coming off a very liberating and intense series. They beat the Yankees badly, and in Game 1, their hot bats fell way short as they lost the ALCS Game 1 by a score of 3-1. I think there was an emotional reset after that loss, and I look for them to bounce back tonight. Seattle was not supposed to be there when the season started, but here they are, a series away from the World Series. Seattle will go with Logan Gilbert for game two. Gilbert has been pitching very well. He has not allowed more than two runs in any of his last six starts. The issue may be that the Mariners are just 5-5 in his previous 10 starts. Toronto sends Trey Yesavage to the mound. Yesavage has only started four games for the Jays this season, but they won all four games. He allowed one or fewer runs in three of the four. I think a better version of the Jays shows up tonight. Make the play on Toronto.
