Seattle at Philadelphia

A pair of weak offenses meet in Philly, so Seattle loses the DH for this series. Philadelphia is home, but not hitting with a bad offense. One ranked 23rd in runs, 26th in on base percentage, and 28th in slugging. It's a bad situational spot, too, on the West Coast over the weekend and now flying home with no rest. The UNDER is 9-4 after the Phillies lose a game plus 28-6 UNDER the total when they face the American League West.  And speaking of long road trips, Seattle is in town, a long way from home with a weak offense. They are 19th in runs, 28th in on base percentage, and 24th in slugging, most of that with the DH! The UNDER is 33-16-3 in the Mariners last 52 interleague road games. At least they have a good arm going in Roenis Elias, who has allowed two, two, one, and one run his last four starts. The UNDER is 7-3 in Elias' last 10 road starts, and Seattle is a sizzling 34-14-3 UNDER the total as a favorite. Don't look for much scoring as the UNDER is 6-0 in the last six meetings.
