The Angels are on a mission this season. Despite their insurmountable lead int he AL West, they are not letting up. They look for a sweep of Seattle here and we like their chances a lot. The Angels are still motivated by pride and hold just a 2-game lead over Tampa Bay for the league's best overall record. Seattle is one of the worst teams in the league and they haven't been able to generate offense all season long. That's one reason even good pitchers such as Felix Hernandez have losing records. Facing Hernandez is ERvin Santana who thanks to solid run support has posted a 15-6 record and a 3.36 ERA. Over his last three starts, he has allowed just seven earned runs in nearly 22 innings. He's 20-7 the past three seasons vs. division foes and I'll back him and the Angels to get the win here.
