Seattle at Houston

It doesn't get any better than this. You may as well call this series a playoff-caliber one. The Mariners and the Astros open this series deadlocked with each other for the top spot in the AL West. They each stand at 84-69. The Houston Astros are not the same slugging teams we have seen in recent years. They win a lot of games with a strong pitching staff. Houston has held 100 teams to 4 or fewer runs in a game, and the MLB leader has done so 103 times. Seattle will have their stopper on the mound in Bryan Woo. Woo has been pitching at a high level, and over his last eight starts, no opponent scored more than three runs off of him. Houston starter Hunter Brown has not allowed more than two runs in any of his last nine starts. Playoff atmosphere, pressure, top pitching, and nerves. I like the UNDER in this one.
