San Francisco at San Diego

San Francisco finally got a win and scored more runs than it did in its first three games combined to go 3-0-1 UNDER for the season. Harrison Bader went deep for the Giants' first home run of the year, and the Padres were held to three hits by Landen Roupp and three relievers. The bullpen has been a bright spot for San Francisco, posting a 0.89 WHIP in four games. San Diego is off to a 1-3 start while scoring only nine runs, and the last three games have stayed UNDER. German Marquez gets the start tonight, and he comes off a horrific season with Colorado, finishing 3-16 with a 6.70 ERA, although he expects much better things at more pitcher-friendly Petco Park.
