San Francisco at Los Angeles

I was against the Dodgers yesterday afternoon, backing Cincinnati's plus money, and Los Angeles made it hurt early, building a six-run cushion by the fourth inning and going on to an 8-2 win. That's the same offense San Francisco faces tonight, and the matchup on the mound tilts even further in the Dodgers' favor. Cesar Perdomo gets the start for the Giants with just two big-league starts to his name, alternating six shutout innings against the Mets with a five-run beating by the Padres in his last outing. Tyler Glasnow takes the ball for Los Angeles and has been effective when healthy, though he's been managed carefully all year and was hit around his own last time out, allowing four earned runs in four innings against Miami. Neither staff is walking into this one at full strength, and a Los Angeles lineup that's scoring nearly five runs a game figures to do damage against a rookie making just his third big-league start. San Francisco has scraped together a respectable .500 mark over its last ten games, but respectable doesn't hold up against a Dodgers club sitting at 93-60. Go with Los Angeles on the moneyline and take the OVER tonight as well.
