Clayton Kershaw will make his first home start of the season after a fine performance at Arizona on Sunday when he gave up three hits and no runs in 5 2/3 scoreless innings. The Giants have been one of Kershaw's favorite opponents as he owns a 23-12 record with a 1.74 ERA against them in his career. Johnny Cueto goes for San Francisco, and he faced the Dodgers in the season opener and allowed a run in four innings. Cueto hasn't gotten past the fifth inning in any of his three starts this year. Cueto faced the Dodgers once last season and gave up five runs on five hits in just two innings. Los Angeles hit four homers in Friday's 7-2 win, and the result will be similar in tonight's matchup.
