Luis Severino has pitched better than his record indicates recently, as he has allowed just five runs in 24 innings in his past four outings. San Francisco hitters are 20-for-88 with five extra-base hits against Severino. Trevor McDonald will make his third start for the Giants after allowing three runs on nine hits in 5 1/3 innings against the Dodgers on Monday.
