San Francisco at Colorado

Tyler Mahle is 1-8 with an ERA pushing 5.70, and his last time out went four and a third innings with four earned runs allowed against Arizona. That's the pitcher walking into Coors Field today, where the thin air turns shaky stuff into batting practice. Colorado just showed everyone what that looks like, jumping on this same Giants pitching staff for 15 runs on Friday. Tanner Gordon isn't sharp either, but the same conditions that punish Mahle cut both ways, and Colorado gets to use them at home. The sharp money is already stacking up on the Rockies here, which tells me the number hasn't caught up to how lopsided this pitching matchup actually is. Mahle has been one of the worst starters in baseball this season, and I don't need the Rockies to be a good team to like this price. Side with Colorado today.
