The Padres send young Clay Hensley to the mound today and he has pitched well this year as he will continue to get better as he is expected to become a key member of the rotation to add to Jake Peavy and Woody Williams. He pitched well against the Dodgers this season giving up three earned runs in 7 innings and just one earned run in 5 innings in last year's start against them. The Padres have had some success in hitting against Tomko as they have reeled off 13 runs in a little over 16 innings. Granted, Tomko's last start against the Padres was highly productive but I beleive the Pads will exact a little revenge today. San Diego is 4-0 in their last four games versus a right hander. The Dodgers are 0-4 of late and 3-12 as favorites this year! Let's continue to fade the Dodgers as home favorites where they continue to struggle in that role. Padres here.
