The Rockies go with lefty Tyler Anderson (5.75 ERA), who has a losing record, and has allowed 11 homers in 39 innings at home this season, surrendering 42 hits and 12 walks (5.54 ERA at Coors Field in 2017). The Rockies are 3-7 when Anderson starts with four days of rest, plus 2-8 when he starts against the NL West.
