Pittsburgh at Cincinnati

Pittsburgh got a win in the opener as an underdog, 5-4. The Pirates have a good arm on the mound in veteran Rich Hill, who has excellent control. He had a winning record and a 3.80 ERA on the road last season. Cincinnati's pitching was 28th in the league in ERA last year along with the second-worst bullpen ERA (4.72). That pitching staff struggled in the opener allowing 15 base runners. Starter Nick Lodolo had a 4.26 ERA versus the Pirates last season and the Reds are 14-22 as a favorite, as well as 3-18 in April games.
