Walker has bounced back and has allowed two or fewer runs in five of his last eight starts. The Phillies counter with Robbie Ray who is 9-3 with a 2.68 ERA on the season. Ray has gone 14 straight starts without allowing any opponent to score more than three runs against him, and he has worked six-plus innings in 11 of his last 13 starts. The Phillies are just 1-9 on the road when facing a really good bullpen like San Francisco's (those with a WHIP of 1.150 or better). San Francisco is 29-7 to the UNDER this season when they are a favorite in this range (-125 to -175) and 11-2 UNDER vs. teams like Philadelphia that are .540 to .620.
