Philadelphia will attempt to salvage the final game of this series with Zach Eflin starting for the Phillies and he has allowed four runs in eight innings this season. Eflin had his best year in the shortened 2020 season and played through July in 2021 as his career has been hampered by injuries. German Marquez comes off a rough outing for the Rockies as he allowed four runs on 10 hits in 4 1/3 innings against the Cubs on Friday. Marquez didn't start pitching well until June last season with a 4.48 ERA in April and May.
