2015 Season MLB Baseball Past Picks

The Oakland A's have been long known for getting a lot of mileage out of very little. This season things have not worked out very well. As we approach the 1/3 mark of the season, the A's find themselves at 20-33, and in last place in the AL West. Detroit has not faired much better as so much was expected from a team loaded with stars and pitching, but they have been unimpressive at 28-24 and in third place in the rugged AL Central. However, the A's have gotten a lift from their pitching staff, recording three shutouts on their way to a 1.67 ERA and a 6-3 record over their last nine games. Detroit is playing their worst baseball in a decade. The Tigers are just 5-10 in their last 15 games, and have dropped four straight.
