Oakland at Cleveland

Cleveland has the second-best record in the majors and it won its third in a row 6-3 over Oakland on Saturday as Josh Naylor hit a two-run homer and an RBI single. The Guardians improved to 15-6 and Tanner Bibee will start today and the Guardians have won all four of his starts this season. Bibee allowed one run on five hits in five innings against Boston on Tuesday and he has gotten great run support from his hitters. Ross Stripling goes for Oakland and he is 2-2 with a 4.05 ERA in four career starts against Cleveland. Stripling is off to a bad start this year with an 0-4 record and a 5.32 ERA and he faced the Guardians on March 29 and gave up five runs (four earned) on seven hits in five innings as the Athletics lost 6-4.
