I think that everyone knew it was just a matter of time before Boston got its act together, and they certainly have. They dug themselves into a 4-9 hole to start the season, but have recovered nicely to go 7-1 in their last eight. The Sox’s bats have made a lot of noise, producing 66 runs in their last nine games at over 7 per contest and have scored 10+ in four of their last seven. Jarrod Parker may turn out to be a good pitcher, but he will pitch on the road for the first time ever in his big league career against an intimidating Stadium, fans, and hot bats.
