New York at Texas

The New York Yankees are locked into the #2 seed for the AL playoffs. That means they will set up their rotation for the playoffs and rest players for the rest of the season. The Yankees will send Jameson Taillon to the mound and in 2 career starts vs Texas, his ERA is 5.91. I expect he will not be extended in this game, and will likely throw 5 innings or less. The Yankee bullpen is experiencing a rash of injuries and I think that gives Texas a good chance of at least hanging close here. John Gray will start for Texas and in his only start this year vs New York he was a hard-luck 1-0 loser. I like Texas on the run line in this one.
