New York at Tampa Bay

The NY Yankees have been lethal all season and their bullpen has been great. That all came to a halt in Toronto yesterday as the Yankees lost 10-9. It was the first time all season they allowed 10 or more runs in a game. Tampa Bay is struggling as the offense has been at issue all season, while the pitching continues to carry this team. These teams met in NY just a few days ago and the entire series saw a total of 12 runs scored. Each team will have its top starter going in Game 1. The Rays have allowed three runs or fewer in eight of their last 12 and the Yankees prior to their last game in Toronto had allowed 12 total runs in their prior eight games. I don't see a lot of scoring opportunities here. Make the play on the UNDER.
