New York at Cleveland

The Yankees will send their ace to the mound tonight with CC Sabathia matched up against Fausto Carmona. Sabathia has pitched better of late, but he will be facing a stiff challenge from the Tribe, who is playing much better, winning four of their last five. The Tribe leads MLB in run production against left-hand pitching, as they will enter this one producing 6.3 runs per game against southpaws. The Indians were big winners against Sabathia in New York, winning 10-2, and splitting a four-game series. The Indians have done well at home against teams with a winning road record, stepping to a 19-9 record against them and are also 9-3 in their last 12 as a home dog. I'll go with Cleveland in this one.
