Chicago ended the Mets' five-game win streak with a 7-2 victory on Tuesday as Christopher Morel hit a homer for the fifth straight game, and the Cubs also got home runs from Matt Mervis and Seiya Suzuki. Chicago will look to make it two in a row with Marcus Stroman starting tonight and he comes off a 10-1 win over Philadelphia while allowing one run on three hits in six innings. Stroman wasn't getting much run support and then he had a bad outing versus Minnesota when he gave up six runs in 2 2/3 innings which inflated his ERA, but he still is at 3.05 with a 1.14 WHIP and he has a .190 opponent batting average at home. Kodai Senga was set to start yesterday but was pushed back a day and he has a 6.30 ERA on the road this season. The Cubs have won the past five meetings and the wind will be blowing in at about 20 mph at Wrigley Field. The UNDER is 4-1-2 the past seven meetings and the Cubs are 36-16-5 UNDER at home against right-handed starters. Take the Cubs and the UNDER.
