The rookie struck out eight hitters in 5 1/3 scoreless innings in his MLB debut Saturday, and the Mets beat Seattle 3-1. Atlanta has won seven of eight, but the Braves have lost five straight home games against teams with winning records. Joey Wentz has a 6.46 ERA and a .280 opponent batting average at home this year for Atlanta. Wentz also has a 5.93 ERA overall in night games.
