1 unit on New York +108 (moneyline) (risk 1 to return 2.08) RESULT: LOSS
The early returns may suggest that the Braves are going to be tough to deal with this season. However, they really have begun to rebuild the team, and the 4-0 start may be just an illusion. Juloi Teheran was very good at home last year where he posted a 2.11 ERA, but the issue was, and still will be, the Braves offense that generated 2 or fewer runs in 9 of his 16 home starts. He has made seven career starts vs. the Mets, and the Braves' punchless attack generated 10 runs in the seven games. Dillon Gee appears to be ready to shut down the Braves' attack as over his career he has posted a 3-1 record with a glistening 1.50 ERA against the Braves. Teams starting 4-0 have been great play-against teams over the past 10 years. Play on the Mets.
