The Blue Jays' bats woke up yesterday as they walked past the Yankees 14-8 on their way to a four-game split. During that four-game stretch, they tallied 29 runs, or over seven per game. The Twins dropped three out of their last four, and their offense, unlike the Jays, has gone stone cold. The Twins have managed just 26 runs in their last 10 games, or just 2.6 per game. They have also been at their worst against the AL East, where they stand at just 17-40 in their last 57 games played against them. That is quite the opposite to how the Blue Jays have greeted the AL Central as they now stand at 36-16 in their last 52 against them, and 4-1 with Richmond on the hill. The Twins have been rocked playing the Jays as they are now 7-21 in their last 28 played against the Jays. Those numbers look good compared to their 0-7 mark in their last seven played in Toronto. I'll go with the Jays in this one.
