New York appeared to stamp a playoff position with their 13-game winning streak in August, but things have really gone sideways ever since. The Yankees are now 3-12 in 15 games since the streak, and that includes a four-game sweep by the Jays, as well as losing two-of-three to lowly Baltimore. The Yankees pitching has allowed 57 runs over its last eight games, or more than seven runs per contest, and the bullpen is in tatters. The Twins have had a bad season at 63-80, but they have played well of late going 5-3 in their last eight. Have to fade the Yankees until they get things turned around and no sign of that yet.
