Minnesota at New York

We were on Minnesota as a road underdog Monday in Houston, and it delivered, a five-run rally that carried a similarly shaky Twins start to a win. I like this Minnesota lineup again tonight, even walking into Yankee Stadium as a decent-sized dog. New York carries a seven-game losing streak into this one, and the offense has gone stone cold, scoring four runs or fewer in ten straight games, even with Ben Rice's power bat in the lineup. One hot hitter can't carry a team by himself, and Gerrit Cole has allowed four or more earned runs in each of his last two starts. Minnesota counters with real thump top to bottom, led by Byron Buxton's 25 home runs, and the Twins have won three of their last four. Mike Paredes isn't the reason to like this side. The Yankees' broken offense is. Take the Twins with the plus money tonight.
