Minnesota at Kansas City

The Minnesota Twins continue to play solid baseball and are 17-9 as we approach the halfway mark of the COVID shortened MLB season. A weak link in their rotation, however, will take the mound tonight in Kansas City, as the Twins open the series with Jake Odorizzi. Odorizzi has struggled as he has pitched to a 5.14 ERA thus far. He is pitching for a team that has 17 wins, but he has yet to record one. The Royals will go with Danny Duffy, who has pitched to a 4.44 ERA on the season. I think Odorizzi gives the Royals a chance to score some runs here. Back Kansas City on the runline.
