Pelfrey could be poised to be a surprise this year, and the Twins are off to a solid 4-3 start to the season. The Royals finished last season having a lot of problems inside the division where they were 4-11 in their last 15. They have also struggled vs. winning teams at 3-7 in their last 10. The value here is on the dog, so go with Minnesota.
