Minnesota at Cleveland

The Cleveland Indians have not been challenged in the AL Central all season. The Indians closest challenger is the Minnesota Twins and they fell last night in the series opener 10-0, expanding the Indians' lead in the AL Central to 10 games. While the Indians have not had much of a motivational need this season, they realize that if they sweep the Twins it is all over and the division will be theirs. There is lots of talk about Houston, New York, and Boston in the AL, but the Indians with Bauer, Kluber, and tonight's starter, Carrasco, have a lethal playoff rotation, and putting the Twins away in this series will afford them the opportunity to set things up to be dangerous in the postseason.
