The Brewers are also 9-21 against a team with a winning record, plus 14-47 vs. a starter with a WHIP less than 1.15. They face New York ace, Noah Syndergaard (4-2, 2.19 ERA), who is coming off a dominant performance against National League East rival Washington, striking out 10 in seven scoreless innings in a win. Syndergaard is 8-3 with a 2.53 ERA at Citi Field, holding opposing hitters to a .209 batting average against. The Mets are on an 11-4 run at home, as well as 18-7 against a right-handed starter.
