Milwaukee doesn't have much offensive punch, scoring 10 runs the last four games (three losses). The Diamondbacks won two of the first three games of the series, including a 2-0 victory on Saturday. It doesn't help that Milwaukee goes with Matt Garza (5.23 ERA, 5-10), who has a 6.60 ERA on the road. In their last five wins Milwaukee has scored a total of nine runs. The Brewers are 6-21 against the NL West, as well as 5-1 UNDER the total as a road dog. Milwaukee really packed in the season last week, trading veteran third baseman Aramis Ramirez to the Pittsburgh Pirates. Arizona is home and ranked seventh in runs scored and OBP, and 10th in slugging with All-Star Paul Goldschmidt leading the National League with a .344 average. The Diamondbacks are 9-4 vs. a team with a losing record, plus a 5-2 run UNDER the total. Arizona has scored three or fewer runs nine of the last 12 games, but starter Jeremy Hellickson has been throwing great, allowing two runs or less in five of his last six starts. Hellickson took the loss despite a quality start Tuesday against Miami, as he allowed two runs on five hits over seven innings. He struck out six and didn't walk a batter. Hellickson has a 3.00 ERA in two career starts against the Brewers and received the victory May 30 when he allowed two runs and five hits in six innings. A tough spot for the Brewers. And when these teams clash, the UNDER is 4-1 at Arizona. Play Arizona and UNDER the total.
