Miami looks to bounce back from a tough loss on Friday when the Marlins scored three in the top of the ninth to go ahead and then eventually lost in 10 innings. Lopez faced the Giants twice last season and allowed just one earned run in 12 innings. Carlos Rodon will make his debut with San Francisco after seven seasons with the White Sox, but six Miami hitters have faced him before. Miami won eight of Lopez's last 12 starts in 2021.
