The Padres are hitting right at .200 over the last week and have managed more than 4 runs in just two of their last 13 games. That leaves a slim margin for error for the pitching staff. Chris Young has pitched very well for the Padres, but the team is not hitting at all right now and in his last outing the pen gave up 4 runs. The Marlins offense has produced 5 runs per game over the last seven. It is easy to forget how good a pitcher Josh Johnson is. He is coming off an elbow nerve problem. He was 12-7 with a 3.14 ERA last year and finally in his last start looked much more comfortable. He should provide a good start for the Marlins tonight. Great value at this line.
