The Miami Marlins have had a disasterous start as they will take on the Yankees at the Stadium in Game 2 of their series. The Marlins are 1-10 to start the season and the Yankees beat them 7-0 in the opener. The Yankees have lost Gerrit Cole for an extended period to open the season leaving Carlos Rodon at the top of the rotation. Rodon is 84-80 in his career, but has really stumbled in a Yankees uniform where he is 5-11 in 16 decisions. That carries the baggage of a -47.4% ROI when he takes the mound. The Yankees have a -14.7% ROI vs. the Marlins at the Stadium and have been choppy offensively to start the season and their two losses are both by shutout. I like Miami in this one.
