WIN

A rivalry game out West with the Dodgers just 1-4 in the last five meetings. They are a big favorite with ace Clayton Kershaw on the mound, but he's 1-3 against the Giants this season and the Dodgers are 2-5 in Kershaw's last seven starts vs. the National League West. The Dodgers made a big splash adding all those pieces from the Red Sox, but they've been erratic and overvalued riding a 1-3 run losing three times as chalk of -135, -225 and -105. The Dodgers are 1-4 against a team with a winning record and 2-5 in their last seven games against a starter with a WHIP greater than 1.30. The Giants are 6-0 in veteran Barry Zito's (10-8) last six starts and the Giants are 9-3 in Zito's last 12 starts as a home underdog. San Francisco plays its best baseball at home and notice the Giants are a perfect 7-0 in their last seven games as an underdog as well as 23-6 in their last 29 after scoring 2 runs or less in their previous game. San Francisco is 5-2 against lefties and an excellent bounce back team, 7-2 in their last nine games following a loss. Play the Giants.
