Los Angeles at San Diego

The LA Dodgers were supposed to cruise through the NL West. The Padres and Giants are right on their heels as both are just one game out, so this becomes a big series. The Dodgers lost two of three in St. Louis, scoring one or fewer runs in both losses. San Diego has received good pitching for the most part, but lately they have been dominating, having shut out three of their last six opponents. While the pitching has been superb, the offense over those same six games has produced fewer than three runs per game. The Dodgers are now 14-7 to the under when the line is -100 to -150. The Padres have struggled vs. better pitchers, and it has left them at 23-10 to the UNDER when facing a starter with a WHIP of 1.250 or better. I like the UNDER in this one.
