The world champion Dodgers are back on track, covering the run line in each of their last two games while moving back into first place in the NL West. Now the Dodgers get the scuffling Angels, who are 5-18 in their last 23 games. Don't expect the Dodgers to overlook the Angels, however. Dodgers starter Blake Snell should be less rusty after giving up five runs in three innings during his season debut against the Braves six days ago. Angels starter Jack Kochanowicz is off to his worst game of the season. He gave up six earned runs in four innings against the Blue Jays this past Saturday in Toronto. Kochanowicz has to face a much stronger Dodgers offense that ranks second in batting average and OPS, and third in homers. Angels' relievers have the third-highest ERA at 5.27. The Angels are 21st in runs and 24th in hitting. They are averaging only 2.1 runs per game during their past six games. The Angels have lost by multiple runs in six of their last seven defeats. Lay 1.5 runs with the Dodgers on the runline.
