Michael Conforto hit a three-run homer, Shohei Ohtani added a two-run shot and the Dodgers banged out 14 hits in their eighth win in 10 games. Colorado has lost 10 of its past 12 home contests and its past five home games against the Dodgers, who have Yoshinobu Yamamoto on the mound tonight. Yamamoto has a 2.76 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP overall and a 1.76 ERA with a .176 opponent batting average on the road. The Rockies have lost Chase Dollander's past five starts against teams that scored at least five runs their previous game.
