The Seattle Mariners have the early season lead in the AL West. They will take on the Angels a team that has struggled, but are actually considerably worse than their current 12-15 record. The Angels have a -33 scoring margin on the season, the second worst mark outside of the Baltimore Orioles in the AL. The Angels have gone cold and over their last 13 games they are just a woeful 3-10. The offense has been brutal in the 13 game stretch as they have plated just 28 total runs in the 13 games, or barely over 2.0 per contest.
