Los Angeles at Cleveland

It can be difficult to back the Angels on the road. Not this time, where they are underdogs despite having the superior starting pitcher. The pitching matchup is Angels rookie RHP Walbert Urena versus Cleveland's Slade Cecconi. Urena has a 3.22 ERA and 22 strikeouts across 22.1 innings with a fastball that reaches 100 mph. Urena just picked up his first career win, holding the White Sox to one earned run on two hits and five strikeouts in six innings this past Wednesday. Cecconi has not only been Cleveland's worst pitcher, but one of the worst in the American League with a 6.15 ERA, 1.58 WHIP, and 5.53 FIP through eight starts. Cecconi has allowed a scary eight homers in only 41 innings. He will have to deal with power hitters Mike Trout, Jorge Soler, and Jo Adell, who have two homers in four plate appearances against him.
