However, it won't be easy getting two victories in a row as they are up against Chris Sale, who comes off six shutout innings on three hits in a 6-0 win against Kansas City on Friday. Sale finished the 2025 season with a 2.58 ERA and a 1.07 WHIP in 21 appearances. Atlanta will face Luis Severino, who gave up two runs on three hits in five innings as the Athletics lost 3-2 to the Blue Jays in his first start.
