3 units on Kansas City +112 (moneyline) (risk 3 to return 3)
Result:
WIN

Texas, tied for the worst record in the Major Leagues, without Hank Blalock, and starting a pitcher who is 0-7 with a 7.46 ERA, is favored here. We smell value. Kansas City has no offense but against Jennings, everyone is scoring. Backing up Jennings is a bullpen with a 6.85 ERA. The Royals, as bad as they have been, have a winning record vs. starting pitchers who give up over 1 HR per game (Jennings has already allowed eight in five games). They are also + units as an underdog over that span. Jason Jennings is 0-9 as a favorite the past two seasons and 1-12 overall in home games over that span. We'll back the Royals as an underdog in a game they should win over 50% of the time.
