Tampa Bay lost their home due to a hurricane last season, and all their home games are now at the Yankees' spring training complex. The Rays are just 9-11, while they have a winning record on the road. I think that presents value here, as the Rays playing better on the road is not going to last long. Kansas City made their way into the playoffs last year, but at 15-15 on the season, they are not playing like the same team.
