The Kansas City Royals are having trouble scoring runs. They are off to a miserable 8-13 start, scoring just 62 runs in 21 games, or just about three per contest. They have been holding ground because of their solid pitching, and this afternoon, they will go with their ace, Seth Lugo. Lugo is capable of shutting down any opponent. The Tigers are sitting on top of the AL Central at 12-8 on the season. Casey Mize has done a great job on the mound, holding back opponents' offenses.
