Kansas City at Colorado

Colorado is playing in the toughest division in baseball, the NL West. Despite a .500 record overall, they are in last place. The Rockies got off to a quick start but seem to be regressing to the mean by losing 5 straight and allowing Kansas City 14 runs in the opener last night. The Royals offense has its best 3 game stretch of the season with 23 total runs in their last 3 games. Coors Field is a dangerous place for a peeking offense, and Colorado pitching has really struggled as they have allowed 42 total runs in their 5-game losing streak, or 8.4 a game. Struggling pitching vs a hot offense at Coors Field offers value on the dog here, and I will make the play on Kansas City.
