Houston at Seattle

The MLB season is so long every year that we see bad teams make good runs, and good teams go south, and then revert to form. Houston is a team that lost 213 games over the last two seasons, but had their moment when they put together a 7-1 run. Reality has set in for Houston, as they have since lost six straight games, and in the process has generated just 7 runs -  just barely better than 1 per contest. Houston is averaging 9.4 strikeouts per game on offense, and has commited an MLB-high 49 errors, so nothing is working. Jordan Lyles is on the hill tonight, and that dims the Astros prospects further as they are a woeful 3-19 in his last 22 road starts. The Ms have stepped up as a home favorite at 24-10 in their last 34. Take Seattle.
